Work you ll do

This individual will assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool. S/he will work closely with TRM team members, stakeholders, and consultants to determine the needs, support users, and expand the adoption of the tool. The individual will help lead and execute development life cycle process, assist with managing the product backlog, manage user service & help requests, and drive the operations and support of the GRC tool. Works closely with Technology function owners and control performers to educate on control requirements and associated risk of non-compliance. May lead projects in their area of expertise.

  • Experience configuring and implementing new applications and plugins within the ServiceNow platform

  • Experience in design, build, and implementation of work flows, assessments, and integrations & reports/dashboards; preferably in ServiceNow

  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships

  • Assist with designing, implementing, and managing user support model

  • Responsible for supporting users and stakeholders

  • Work with the ServiceNow Strategy & Support team to monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver of the service packages

  • Monitor backlog; prioritize and monitor requests, issues, and risks; ability to identify when escalations need to occur

  • Provide guidance for technology processes and procedures to be documented and assist in collecting necessary documentation to facilitate the process

  • Provide recommendation for continuous improvements to the risk management process, controls monitoring and TRM program

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to leadership, users, and partners

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
