Work you ll do
The Immigration Transformation Manager will be responsible for enabling the Immigration Vision and Strategy through Process transformation efforts, Innovation and Technology advances for Deloitte Immigration Program:
Manage and deploy priorities, projects, and process performance metrics partnering with business and talent stakeholders
Manage execution of project activities, identify and remediate issues and risks, develop project/program status reports and metrics and manage stakeholder expectation
Deploy a culture of process improvement through structured methodologies, using a solution-based approach for effective process enhancements, definition, measurement, and controls
Establish Business Process Management system - develop, design, measure and monitor activities and supporting systems for both new and existing processes in achieving excellent quality performance and ensuring adherence to internal audit and regulation standards
Establish a framework for documentation and performance; current and future processes including flow charts, value stream maps, performance metrics, job descriptions, systems and tools in order to optimize process
React quickly to rapidly changing market conditions and improve business processes by eliminating defects and enhancing quality while achieving and maintaining optimal levels of process performance
Collaborate and communicate with Deloitte Immigration team members and leadership regarding programmatic changes
Serve as a liaison and manage relationship for stakeholders and Talent to evaluate, design, measure and monitor processes and ensure that process outcomes are in harmony with the firm s strategic goals.
Network with industry thought leaders to determine best practices and ideas from within and outside Deloitte
The Immigration Transformation Team is part of the Talent Immigration organization of Deloitte Services LP. This team is responsible for strategic projects, innovation, technology advances, process improvements, cost optimization, strategic analytics and efficiency and productivity that helps provide immigration services to foreign nationals of Deloitte U.S. Firms.
