WorkYou ll Do

The role of the StrategicProjects team within Deloitte Consulting s Commercial Team is to support theteam s key strategic priorities, special projects, leadership meetings, and COEoperations. You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer andCommercial Chief of Staff to deliver programs that are in service of drivingprofitable growth of the Consulting practice. This will entail engagement withkey Consulting leadership and engagement with Offering Portfolio and Industrynetworks to drive strategic change.

  • Support strategy efforts by driving execution of cross-commercial strategic priorities such as Commercial Insights (using AI and analytics applied to sales and marketing data to generate insights), Sales & Marketing campaigns (leveraging full Commercial support for top priority campaigns), and Sales Capability building across the organization

  • Collaborate with Commercial Team leaders to activate priority projects through a series of sprints at times, supporting multiple efforts at once

  • Provide inputs to status updates and project readouts for leadership meetings

  • Execute implementation plans for priority projects including strategic change and comms approaches (with support from Change & Comms Team)
