With nearly 10,000 employees in more than 225 locations around the world, we think global and act local.We are looking for an Operational Technology Cybersecurity Director with control systems cybersecurity experience to develop, organize, manage, train and execute a cyber program for HDR in support of project teams to meet HDR client control systems design and construction requirements for operational technology (OT). This is a senior level position in our Professional Services division. You will be responsible for leading an HDR program that performs cybersecurity assessments and designs for HDR client OT systems across all market sectors and geographies.Because you're a self-starter, you'll have the autonomy to help shape this program from the ground up. Within your first year and in order to lay a strong foundation for building HDR's OT Cybersecurity Program, you will travel to office locations to understand the current state of HDR technical expertise, capture client and government requirements, and assist with the organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities. In conjunction with our technical training team you will develop a training program to build a cyber-credentialed workforce, and also be the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects invoking cybersecurity of OT requirements to assist design teams.*LI-BK1Qualifications•Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring a diverse group of stakeholders and disciplines together to create and implement an OT cybersecurity assessment and design team.•Facilities and infrastructure, design and construction, energy and resilience background.•Preferred to be an active member of cyber organizations, professional societies, and industry such as US and ICS-CERT, ISA, RSA, DEFCON, NSPE, SAME, CABA, RealComm/IBCON and other critical infrastructure sector meetings.•GICSP or a CISSP certification•Minimum of two years of experience conducting OT systems risk assessments, inventory, and experience in the creation of Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for an Authority To Operate.•Demonstrated experience with Cyber Operations to include use of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures to detect, mitigate and recover client OT systems that are exploited or compromised is a p
