Program Execution Managers Organization constructs the technical plan and handles the execution from concept through launch and life cycle planning.Responsibilities The CX Associate Program Engineering Manager - Virtual Assistant (CX APEM) will lead a cross-functional team in the planning, architecture, and execution of CX Contact Center Chatbot and Messaging projects. The individual in this role will drive aligned efforts to deliver business requirements and technology solutions to support the GM Customer Experience offerings across the GM ecosystem with a goal to deliver best in class solutions.* Collaborate with both business and technical teams to plan Agile release increment sessions for the backlogs, resolve high-level technical assessments, and ensure aligned understanding, clear requirements, and integrate execution plans.* Develop a comprehensive project plan that clearly enumerates all design, implementation, integration, and validation steps required to execute and deliver the projects on-schedule.* Conduct technical feasibility and alternative tradeoff assessments, drive and coordinate resource planning and estimation efforts.* Understand and influence architectural deployment of core requirements to specific implementation components to assure that the execution is robust and consistent with core strategies.* Lead and maintain clear status of each affected area and provide clear communication of status to appropriate leadership on ongoing basis.* Drive the SAFe Agile process within IT as well as support the broader Customer Experience Technical Team during the product development and delivery framework.Additional Job DescriptionQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in a technical subject area or related experience* 5+ years of project management and delivery experience* Knowledge of Chatbot and Messaging capabilities across the organization's digital footprint* Highly organized and able to lead multiple diverse projects at a time* Solid background and experience in translating business needs to develop robust technology solutions, and engaging business partners to determine value that will be considered as part of economic value, trade off decisions, or path to realization* Ability to pull toget
