The client success analyst role is integral tothe success of onboarding and retaining clients. You will drive the effectiveness andefficiency of our Client Success team by collaborating with colleagues acrossour global team. This includes colleaguesacross all business functions including marketing, client development, servicedelivery operations, analytics, visualization and product.MT Assets equip clients to successfully manageimprovement programs and transformations via tech-enabled assets and solutions,including flagship product, Wave. In this role, you will work with client services teams and MT Assets delivery staff to drive seamless implementation and long term satisfaction and support in client environments. You will create and update content and materials for client workshops and reviews. You will ensure clients are engaged with and see the value of McKinsey Assets by monitoring and analyzing performance, ensuring awareness of key features and offerings and building capabilities. You will participate in client licensing conversations, security and contracting processes.As a key member of the Client Success function, you will own and support critical elements of team process improvement and delivery including knowledge management activities, CRM system hygiene and tracking and analysis of key KPIs and deliverables. You will also need to acquire necessary product knowledge to become proficient in best practices conversations and suggesting ideas internally to optimize reporting and ongoing client needs.
