Ally Associate Sales Performance Analyst in Detroit, Michigan

Position Description

Provides front end customer service and support to the national insurance sales team quickly addressing dealer account needs. Responsible for executing processes involved with dealer enrollments, incentive administration, quality control tracking and dealer account maintenance. Responsible for standard daily operations and support of inbound or outbound customer service contact call center environments. Also maintains quality documentation for product compliance administration. The Sales Support team is aligned to Sales Regions providing adequate coverage for all areas and creates synergies with teams they support. A significant portion of time is spent providing the highest standard for customer service and also participates in light analytics for quality monitoring of operational initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Service the Sales Support group email box and phone queue to resolve daily operational needs from the sales team and other supporting groups.

  • Executes dealer enrollment process for assigned regional sales team.

  • Performs DEC/CLIP product compliance administration.

  • Execute incentive program administration and system setup.

  • Assist Region with dealer portal ID suspensions, password resets, and entitlements.

  • Communication with sales organization to support corporate objectives.

  • Perform operational analytics required for tracking enterprise initiatives, sales projects and accuracy evaluation of processes executed within the group.

  • Communication with dealership personnel and outside stakeholders to request or follow-up with required information; escalate high risk issues to management.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.

  • P&C License required. May acquire license upon hire for the role.

  • 3 + years in financial services or similar industry is needed. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Education may be used as a proxy for experience.

  • Flexible to accommodate regional work schedules.

  • Prior Customer Service Representative experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

  • Self-started and self-motivator.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Handle special projects/ other related assignments as delegated by the supervisor.

  • Typically requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
