Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of mortgage documents and an understanding of their purpose
Experience working in escrow
Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Job Summary
The Amrock Resolution Analyst utilizes their strong communication skills to facilitate resolutions on post-closing issues. This team member works closely with different business areas and performs research independently to complete tasks and solve issues. The Amrock Resolution Analyst is highly skilled in multitasking and prioritizing time sensitive issues.
Responsibilities
Research shortages for payoffs, taxes and homeowners insurance to determine the cause and solution
Collect funds from the appropriate party to satisfy shortages
Resolve issues with all incoming and returned mail
Work with the accounting team to initiate wires and issue checks
Work with the legal team to resolve escalated issues
