What you’ll be able to do:

We’re seeking an experienced full-stack software engineering professional with experience with Lean, Agile, Human Centered Design and eXtreme Programming (XP) practices. Collaborating closely and continuously with product managers, designers and product owners, you will help build, validate and release innovative software products early and often. You will:

  • Work effectively with other technical experts

  • Work with product owners, product managers and end users to understand their business processes and needs

  • Work in a collaborative environment; e.g. pairing and mobbing with other engineers.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related scientific field

  • Three or more years of experience in object-oriented development with:

  • JavaScript OR

  • Android OR Swift/Objective-C

  • Spring and/or Rails frameworks OR

  • Java / Ruby / Python / Golang / C#

Our preferred requirements:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related field

  • In-depth software engineering knowledge

  • Expertise in object-oriented design principles practiced in eXtreme Programming (XP) disciplines including:

  • Paired programming

  • Test-first/test-driven development (TDD)

  • Experience with Spring Cloud and deploying to cloud platforms (e.g., Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Cloud Foundry)

  • Experience delivering products that include front-end web development

  • Background with JavaScript, client-side MVC frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue, etc.)

  • Proficiency with continuous integration/continuous delivery tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.)
