Primary Function: Assist the Link Sales Department with building customer relationships and making customer contacts by acting as customer advocate, and assuring customer satisfaction

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with company personnel providing project support through all phases of the project as assigned, including specification development, order entry and definition and after-sale service.

  • Ensure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings.

  • Establish and maintains favorable work relationships with customers and prospects and develops a good image of, and customer confidence.

  • Support product management activity for assigned products.

  • Research changing and developing market needs.

  • Keep his/her supervisor currently informed of all relevant matters that affect the assigned product and/or Link.

  • Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with key personnel in other departments associated with his/her assigned products.

  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

  • Ability to work with a high degree of personal discipline, including multi-tasking and prioritization of activities

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams

  • Strong Microsoft Office product skills
