What you’ll be able to do:

This position will act as the Marketing subject matter expert for our employer brand, responsible for developing and executing a marketing and communications strategy aligned with The Plan.

• Marketing Subject Matter Expert for Ford employer brand strategy

• Lead for alignment with Global Brand Strategy/Corporate Brand/MSS Team​

• Recruitment marketing SME for global talent acquisition​

• Development of target persona(s), including analytics of talent pool​

• Development of recruiting marketing communications strategy, including areas/sites of focus​

• Manage marketing associates (2)​

The minimum requirements we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

• 4+ years of experience Consumer Marketing or Corporate Brand experience

• 4+ years of experience using social media platforms for advertising (incl. KPIs and Effectiveness Measurement)

Our preferred requirements:

• Prior management experience

• Ability to identify and develop a target market from an employer branding perspective

• Experience with recruitment marketing for tech talent

• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
