Position Description:

Position: Project Manager (assigned to either a workstream or the Program Management Office) Key Responsibilities: • Provide project management support for the Workstream Lead or PMO Lead • Support and facilitate the exchange of information/learning across workstreams to facilitate an integrated set of deliverables • Ensure all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates (charters, workplans, critical milestones) to ensure team is on track to deliver • Evaluate, assess, and report status (schedule, cost, quality); measuring performance and identifying areas for improvement; present reports and presentations on progress, issues and solutions to stakeholders at all levels • Manage resources/budgets and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure that they are being prioritized and administered in line with the approvals • Coordinate on/offboarding activities • Coordinate risk mitigation, contingency planning, and issue identification / resolution; escalating as appropriate • Coordinate scope management process • Facilitate quality management (e.g. gate reviews, design reviews) • Facilitate and coordinate team meetings • Provide SharePoint site support and access management • Coordinate with Program Management Office and workstream project managers to ensure alignment of plans and other items above

Skills Required:

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (experience in agile methodologies is a plus) • Proven track record seeing projects through the full life cycle • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, and organization skills • Strong interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including SharePoint

Skills Preferred:

• Demonstrable experience creating materials to facilitate strategic talent discussions for C-level executives

Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of project management and related experience

Experience Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
