Position Description:
The Connected Vehicle Data Drive is a customer engagement program aimed at passively collecting analytics data and gathering customer feedback . The Connected Vehicle Data Drive community will be managed by a third-party supplier. As a program coordinator of the Connected Vehicle Data Drive, you will manage the relationship with client partners and coordinate program activities. Specifically, you will: • Coordinate amongst project team to create installation instructions and best practices • Facilitate sessions with supplier on program specifics and desired outcomes • Schedule weekly sessions with project team with updates on status of project and manage work items at a high level prior to program launch • Schedule quarterly sessions with company stakeholders on any key updates on the project • Create communication material on the program to be shared within the company • Set up and manage email and phone communications for customers participating in the program • Coordinate with marketing to get target customer list based on vehicle and customer information • Maintain Master Participant List o Update master participant list, tracking USB shipment, installs, with both the supplier and Analytics dashboards once customers have installed o Update master list to include any opt outs or new opt ins • Notify project team if customers contact program help of getting updated token if master reset happens or if other technical issues have occurred • Manage the coordination of shipping new USBs with supplier • Maintain a prospective customer list based on new vehicle model launches for the program • Coordinate the rollout of the program on client's management lease vehicles o Track consent updates on all participants in the program
Skills Required:
• Experience with large, complex cloud-based and enterprise applications and their interdependencies, including managing vendor delivery / integration • Ability to work independently, demonstrate thought leadership, forward thinking • Ability to nurture collaborative, effective teams • Ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple leadership levels amongst peer organizations, product teams and business partners • Excellent verbal, written communications skills & interpersonal skills • High emotional resilience under pressure & conflict management skills
Skills Preferred:
• Graduate level degree • Finance and budget management skills • Customer centric design expertise • Experience with Connected Vehicle ecosystem, architecture principles, and strategic priorities • Strong technical background in software development & vehicle ecosystem architecture
Experience Required:
• Experience working on highly collaborative teams, or other multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in coordinating similar programs • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Management or any degree equivalent • 5+ years of project or program management
