What you’ll be able to do:
We’re looking to you to drive our A/B testing initiatives as you focus on maximizing customer lifecycle, engagement and CLTV. If you’re data-driven and detail-oriented, this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain in-depth understanding of A/B testing methodologies while leading A/B testing and optimization efforts across several platforms. This role requires a tenacious, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for omnichannel, digital experiences. You will:
Conduct data-driven analysis to inform short and long-term A/B test planning
Prioritize and allocate resources to test ideas with the highest potential
Ensure success of the optimization roadmap
Lead test backlog generation to ensure pipeline is always full
Identify, monitor and analyze internal and external performance parameters to identify new hypotheses and optimization opportunities
Partner with internal stakeholders to craft test definition and measurement strategy
Serve as A/B testing subject matter expert
Oversee planning/approval of each experiment set-up for hypothesis validation
Ensure software engineers, testers and project managers are aware of the full pipeline of approved hypotheses
Align A/B testing roadmap with key partners throughout the organization to ensure testing backlog initiatives align with product roadmaps
Ensure consistency with overall marketing and acquisition efforts
Lead KPI selection and data storytelling, insights, recommendations and action steps for test results
Translate insights into their application to the broader organization
Identify potential test conflicts and work to mitigate impacts
Stay current on industry trends
Make recommendations to improve process and testing strategies
The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor's degree
Two or more years of experience with probabilities and statistics (e.g., confidence intervals and hypothesis testing)
Two or more years of experience with Excel (e.g., VB/Macros) PowerPoint
Our preferred requirements:
Proven success working with an Agile development team
Highly motivated with strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels
E-commerce experience
Background designing/implementing A/B or MVT tests (e.g, Matoma, Amplitude)
Willingness to learn analytics tagging
Intellectually curious with strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Expertise in hypothesis generation, experiment selection, designing of experiments, setting success/failure criteria, and rapid prototyping of concepts through testing tool
Background in a data-driven environment with the ability to quickly pivot based on real-time data
Positive, people-oriented, and energetic
Prior Ford experience, including working with Agile teams
