What you’ll be able to do:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational support, engineering and implementation planning of our global Noble Dialer vended solution.

  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, production break/fix support, engineering new solutions to meet business needs and working with vendor to perform system upgrades

  • Support changes to integrated upstream and downstream systems (reporting, quality monitoring, Cisco UCCE contact center, Cisco Call Manager, etc.)

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience providing systems engineering support of contact center telephony solutions including predictive dialers, quality monitoring systems and Cisco UCCE Telephony systems.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Unix and Windows based operating systems

Our preferred requirements:

  • College degree with a focus on information technology or equivalent technical studies

  • Trained and experienced in supporting Noble Dialer premise based global solutions including outbound only and blended agents.

  • Strong teammate experienced in working in a product driven organization

  • Ability to communicate optimally with both technical peers and business customers.

  • Experienced in performing both on and off hours global Contact Center production support without direct supervision.
