TEKsystems Incident Analyst in Dearborn, Michigan


We have an opening with a large client of ours for an Incident Analyst 2nd shift. This person will be responsible for monitoring for any issues and then triaging those to the team to alleviate the issue. They use Spunk and Dynatrace for monitoring tools and are 24/7 support for the GDIA so at this time the shift is second shift (1/1:30pm – 9/9:30pm) until the AP location takes over support.

This manager needs someone who has experience with Incident/Problem/Change management and has experience monitoring for incidents. As well as someone who is comfortable working 2nd shift and being on call for the occasional weekends. There will be some on call support required for the weekends. The manager is looking to move on this quickly as he only has one person doing support currently.

This person must be LOCAL TO MICHIGAN as this client could eventually go back on site after June of this year!
