Ford Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDI&A) is a growing team that is looking for a Data & Analytics Planner to join the Commercial Business Data & Analytics team. This is an exciting, fast-paced role which requires exceptional planning and organization skills combined with strategic thinking, problem-solving and agile management tools to support team success. This position reports to the GDI&A Commercial Business Data & Analytics Mgr, responsible for end-to-end delivery services.
What you’ll be able to do:
Communications Management: Deliver communication plans, team events, and internal digital site development which fosters global team culture, knowledge-sharing and streamline functions. Maximize team use of Sharepoint and OneNote tools. Maintain accurate WebEx Teams groups for organization. Foster strong coordination with peer organizations to create consistent workplace experiences. Prepare professional presentations for executive audiences.
Business Operations Management: Execute internal audit controls processes, including business continuity, security and compliance. Support team leaders with personnel interview processes, on-boarding, and ID management. Execute executive travel administration and expense reports management. Track financial budgets, submissions and resource staffing forecasts/actuals for matrixed, cross-functional team.
Product Delivery Organization Enablement (PDO): Support multiple product-line owners in PDO functions such as: product line reviews, feature integration, sprint priorities, backlog tracking. This includes maintaining project control summaries or risk management, actions, issues, decision; track key program measures in time, resource allocation, and scope deliverables.
The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience supporting technology delivery teams/solutions
5+ years of experience using MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote)
3+ years of experience in project management / business analyst roles
2+ years of experience managing SharePoint/OneDrive sites
2+ years of experience in Automotive, Transportation, Analytics Consulting
Our preferred requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics or equivalent
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where problems are not always well-defined
Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written skills
Proactive, great attention to details, results-oriented problem-solver
Ability to work under pressure, establish priorities and respond with urgency.
Consensus building and collaborative interpersonal skills.
Highly seasoned in organizational, time management, decision making and problem solving skills
Good presentation preparation and delivery skills
