This role will partner with the Manager of D2C Digital UX,Data, Marketing, Creative, Digital Operations, and other cross functional partners to help define and implement a personalization strategy that creates meaningful individual experiences for Carhartt Consumers across all touchpoints. To be effective, this position requires an individual who can leverage technology, data, and content to deliver results. You will be responsible for understanding consumer segments and coding personalized experiences based on data. You will need to be proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Working at Carhartt, we are all given a seat at the table and the honor of continuing the legacy./div/divdivdivh2Responsibilities/h2/divdivulliDesign data driven personalization tests and campaigns/liliReview results to determine next steps: further testing or an adoption recommendation with impact projection./liliCreate dashboards and reports on personalization efforts, including performance to KPI targets and report to leadership regularly./liliEffectively communicate to senior leadership personalization experiment wins and losses in terms of hypothesis, validation results and ROI/Cost Savings/liliMonitor adopted personalization campaigns and adjust as necessary to maximize ROI/liliCoordinate and collaborate with SMEs and leaders in data, marketing, integrated media, creative, and merchandising to ensure the teams collectively deliver ONE premium customer experience across business initiatives and execution projects/liliUtilize analytics and consumer data to develop hypotheses about which experiences to personalize./liliAct as a project manager for personalization efforts. Manage project plan, health and progress reporting./liliCreate and execute personalization campaigns utilizing available technology such as a personalization engine./liliWrite ADA compliant code utilizing HTML, CSS, and Javascript./liliProvide project estimates with reasonable accuracy then independently execute against projects within speci?ed deadlines./liliActively participate in team SCRUMrsquo;s and proactively identify risks and solutions./liliAssist the team with coding day-to-day site changes as the need arises./li/ul/div/divdivdivh2Education/h2/divulliBachelor's Degree Required in Marketing or Related Field/liliEquivalent wo
