Edward Rose Sons offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan.The Bloomfield Hills Corporate Division is currently seeking aHRIS Analystto join the team in a full-time capacity.This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate the capability to affect positive change in an exciting, dynamic, and growing company while building a comprehensive knowledge of the business.Responsibility Summary:The HRIS Analyst partnerswith the CHROto analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return ontechnological capabilities, play a key role in providing business systems analysis ldquo;best practicesrdquo; regarding usage implementation and integration of all HR and HRIS systems, andwillwork effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. They will also serve as a technical point-of-contact and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assignedand especially withtheconnectivity between theHRIS,ERULearning and Common Directory platforms.Additionalresponsibilities include:ulliGenerates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Including key HR dashboards across the country./liliCollaborates with internal customers to maintain and develop processes that enhance operational capabilities./liliAssists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzingdata./liliCoordinates to identify root causes of and solutions to data integrity and system performance issues./liliPerforms system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches./liliCollaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HRMS system tables./liliProvides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpectedresults,or process flaws;performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements./liliConducts training, including developing user procedures,guidelines,and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users./liliRecommends process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation./liliPerforms other related duties as assigned./li/ulDesired Skills and Experience:ulliBachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.n
