Kforce Digital Analyst in Benton Harbor, Michigan

Kforce has a client in search of a Digital Analyst in Benton Harbor, MI.Summary:The Digital Analytics Specialist will report to the Growth & Experience Senior Manager on the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team. This team is responsible for deploying differentiated experiences direct-to-consumer and for driving engaged traffic to core brand properties.A successful candidate for this role will leverage his or her experience to identify elements of our websites where we need to gather more insights, produce high-value web event data in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and our internal data lake, help users access and understand the data and metrics, and build ad hoc reports for various stakeholders, among others. This individual will be asked to be the source of truth for digital marketing experiences, working in tandem with an agile delivery team (email, landing pages and other digital marketing channels). Overall the candidate must quickly learn and understand the objectives of our program and help understand its impact on the business.Day to Day Duties:

  • Analyze and determine the effectiveness of eCommerce marketing campaign performance across all digital platforms using Adobe Analytics as the primary source of truth

  • Proactively communicate insights to the D2C experience & delivery teams, with a clear focus on what will improve our channel and business KPIs

  • Use various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends and visitor behavior

  • Work with the Analytics team in order to improve dashboard reporting, in addition to gathering new data needed in order to gain the best insights

  • Work with the Analytics team in order to ensure proper tagging and tracking across all e-Commerce company sites

  • Strong communication skills (required), including the ability to translate complex technical details into easily understood messages for a non-technical audience

  • Bachelor's degree; Digital Analyst, Marketing, Communications

  • 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics

  • Solid understanding of how to measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

  • Digital analytic tools; Must have Adobe Analytics or Google analytics; Ideally Adobe is preferred

  • Skilled comprehension of general digital marketing practices and web analytics

  • Problem solver with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves spirit

  • Solid understanding of how to measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
