Kellogg Sr Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

As the Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics, you will drive long-term performance improvements by translating business questions and/or needs into appropriate analytics problems, do high-quality analysis and turn outputs into concrete, actionable business insights. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global People Analytics, you will work directly with the global and regional Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), business leaders and HR leadership to answer key strategic questions as well as partner with IT and Finance to deliver business priorities on-time and within budget constraints.

  • Strategy – Develop a Strategic Workforce Planning strategy and approach that enables enterprise planning and resource allocation while also addressing global workforce requirements. You will design and implement management tools that embed data-driven org design and optimize workforce planning.

  • Analysis – In this role you will lead the analysis of the workforce plan and identify skills/competency requirements and critical skill gaps across the organization. You will also storyline, create and deliver visually compelling presentations used to educate, inform and influence.

  • Partnership and Collaboration – Working with all aspects of the Kellogg Company, (Global Talent, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Global Leadership, etc.) to develop strategies to address organizational needs. You will think innovatively, and challenge the status quo.



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Demonstrated success working in an analytics, research or data science environment

  • Developing and utilizing analytics and data visualization to drive actionable business insights

Bonus Points:

  • MBA, Master’s Degree or International Equivalent in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Operations Research, Data Science or Computer Science

  • Demonstrated development and execution of Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of Talent processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Management and Org Design
