Kellogg Sr. Manager Shopper Insights - E-commerce in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan
As a Senior Manager, Shopper Insights, you will be accountable for assessing the primary and secondary research and analytics needs of the Shopper Insights and Marketing Service teams. This role includes developing insight-driven solutions that integrate our categories and brand equity and business objectives with the needs of targeted shopper and enhancing their shopper experience.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing space at Kellogg! This role provides you the chance to interact with all levels of leadership internally and externally while serving as the expert on the E-commerce landscape.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Strategic Consultant – This role is all about strategy; you will partner with external and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, help formulate open business questions, recommend research methodologies, and write research plans and proposals.
Research – Primary and secondary research are the key function of this position. You will own the research process from stating objectives, design and execution through to interpretation, implementation and commercialization.
Collaboration is key! – You will collaborate and work as a committed business partner with functional leads to ensure appropriate synergies, efficiencies, and best practices are consistent.
Mining the Data – You will mine the existing research and consumer data on a regular basis to communicate insights synthesized from multiple sources and different data sets, with the ability to diagnose issues and challenges from the data.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Ability to tell a story using data from primary, secondary and syndicated data
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively.
MBA, Master’s Degree or International Equivalent
Experience with CPG Research
