HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Partner with IT and the Business - This critical role will be the IT product owner for all solutions for our global Robotics Process Automation platform. In this role, you will be working closely with global Leadership stakeholders across the organization in designing and delivering Robotics Process Automation capabilities.
Deliver Robotics Process Automation Projects - You’ll deliver on the Robotics Process Automation technology platform strategy by providing leadership to our project teams in the successful delivery of cognitive capabilities across the global Kellogg regions. Managing the Robotics Process Automation platform from an IT product perspective including vendor relationships, managing upgrades, support models, and ensuring that total cost of ownership is managed and optimized effectively as the platform evolves.
Cognitive Advantage - You’ll contribute to the development of the Robotics Process Automation project business cases and value realization in order to secure funding to grow and transform Kellogg’s Cognitive capabilities. Developing expertise in Cognitive solutions within Kellogg, including supporting technologies and data sources such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), content management and marketing media solutions.
Vendor Management & Support - Owning and/or influencing relationships with key vendors, representing Kellogg on customer advisory boards and influencing vendor application roadmaps. Working with the Kellogg support organization in transitioning new products/services, defining SLAs, and in developing continuous improvement plans.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED
Strong experience in managing and delivering cognitive technologies (AI, Robotics Process Automation)
Experience managing a product line and clearly articulating TCO to leadership
Strong analytical, project management and team leadership skills
Strong background in systems/software, specifically, RPA development lifecycle
Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues
Excellent written and verbal communications
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience working in a global IT organization
