HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Customer Care -Developing, enhancing, and managing the EDI business with our Trading Partners, i.e., customers, suppliers, third party logistics providers, banks, etc. Promoting a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed internal and external customer needs, requirements, and expectations.

  • Identifying Problems & Resolutions -Performing system testing to ensure data integrity and proper functionality. Initiating resolution processes as required. Identifying and resolving errors using in-depth EDI, business, and technical knowledge to swiftly and accurately perform analyses and implement solutions.

  • System Tracking & Collaboration- Maintaining relevant systems. Participating in projects by gaining a clear understanding of the purpose and scope and executing tasks for the EDI team.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or Information Technology OR Associate’s degree and related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and frequently demonstrated related experience

  • Order to invoice and/or procure to pay experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to plan and organize, demonstrate strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills and the ability to manage complexity and sometimes conflicting priorities

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or Information Technology and related experience

  • EDI and SAP experience

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills to deliver results and create a winning team culture

  • Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and levels within the organization

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays is required.

Minimal travel may be required.
