The Team: Our global creative team consist of a diverse group of User Experience Designers, Interaction Designers, 2D and 3D Visual Designers, Motion Graphic Artist, Modelers and Developers. We collaborate with the interior and exterior design studios, product planning, brand teams, software teams, engineering, and outside suppliers through all stages of the product development cycle. At the core we leverage hardware, software, and strategic partnerships to support the foundational pillars that uniquely make each product meaningful and special. We build bridges between technology and the customer.

The Job: The Asset & Release Coordinator is to supervise numerous data systems and networks. Responsibilities include organizing, storing and analyzing company data as professionally and effectively as possible, while also safeguarding the company’s security and confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage data tree structures
Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders
Generate data sets complete with individual part numbers and correct nomenclature.
Communication between studio staff and engineering for correct project content
Manage distribution lists in a variety of software tools
Add / Remove stakeholders as program progresses
Act as primary contact for data release, data transfer and archived information.
Transfer various data formats to and from across all Stellantis design operations globally
Manage all requests for read / write access to released data
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a data management role with user interface development experience
5 years of experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry
An understanding of graphic design, interaction design, component and design systems
Excellent aesthetic sense and aptitude for sketch interpretation with problem solving regarding design intent and engineering requirements
Experience working creating Class A Surface using 3D Experience, Alias, CATIA V5
Experience working with Adobe, inVision, Atlassian and Google products
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Interaction, Mobile/web design or Industrial Design
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Experience working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary design culture
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and processes
