FCA US, LLC Technical Manager Office of CTO in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Reporting directly to the NAFTA Information and Communication Technology (ICT) CTO, the Senior Technical Professional — Office of CTO is responsible in partnership with the NAFTA ICT organizations assuming overall accountability for all IT initiatives requiring infrastructure services.The Senior Technical Professional will be primarily accountable to support the business in the following activities:•Assess Infrastructure requirements•Align the CTO focus to business needs / priorities•Facilitate business case creation•Support major programs•Obtain and coordinate projects approvals•Coordinate and manage delivery•Manage any type of escalation•Be liaison between ADM and the rest of the CTO and Global Design organizationResponsibilities include but are not limited to:•Work with business partners to improve ICT relationship maturity•Manage and coach a team•Demand management and prioritization•Develop deep knowledge of business processes and operations and build both horizontal and vertical relationships with ICT leaders•Support ADM partners and help them to articulate the technology needs and requirements in their function that will advance business performance•Collaborate with both business stakeholders and ICT applications architects on pre-project ideation and business process assessments•Collaborate with ICT leaders to evaluate proposals, build business cases, and plan new joint initiatives•Collaborate with business analysts to ensure that essential business requirements are understood, captured, and reflected in solution•Lead technical assessments and ensure completion of deliverables•Support operational readiness in the definition of cost / benefits analysis and identification and documentation of operational impacts•Communicate effectively with ADM and operational users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with ICT Teams•Explore and lead opportunities of process improvement•Work with stakeholders and obtain their signoff on solution design•Collaborate user acceptance testing (UAT), including definition, review, and fractionation of signoff for technical testing scenarios•Ensure delivery of new technology solutions and capabilities in accordance with the roadmap and ensure that they meet established objectives and expectations of business partners•Bring outside-in or fresh perspectives into the organization by routinely meeting with end customers/consumers, industry peers, and other external sources•Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, CTO performance, and processes where applicable•Proactively identify capability and CTO service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts•Advocate for and advance ICT partners’ knowledge of ICT processes, frameworks, roles, and capabilitiesBasic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree•Minimum of 10 years of technology experience or functional experience in similar roles•8+ years of experience facilitating development and implementation of business initiativesrojects based on management objectives•5+ years of supervisory experience leading teams and direct reports•Previous experience defining technical architectures and solutions•Large budget management and business case experiencePreferred Qualifications:•Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization•Ability to
