Description

If you're looking for work as a Software Developer in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area, this company could have the full-time opportunity for you, if you are talented and professional. We're seeking someone who can be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. You'll need a growth mindset and the ability to work independently and with a team. This role is with a company in the Manufacturing field.

Responsibilities

  • This is the perfect job for you if you want work where you will maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems

  • Correct and furnish production support

  • Collaborate with Scrum team to provide accurate work estimates

  • Carry out code-review at regular intervals and come together with other developers

  • Yield clear and consistent correspondences around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams

Requirements

  • Less than one year of experience preferred

  • Bootstrap experience

  • Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Framework

  • Azure SQL Database experience

  • Deep understanding of JavaScript

  • .NET experience

  • Experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc., are strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database) are required for success at this position

  • You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc.

  • Knowledge of education standard such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF is a plus

  • Familiarity with scrum

  • Prior work with API design

  • The ability to write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments is required for success at this position
