The Team: Our global creative team consist of a diverse group of User Experience Designers, Interaction Designers, 2D and 3D Visual Designers, Motion Graphic Artist, Modelers and Developers. We collaborate with the interior and exterior design studios, product planning, brand teams, software teams, engineering, and outside suppliers through all stages of the product development cycle. At the core we leverage hardware, software, and strategic partnerships to support the foundational pillars that uniquely make each product meaningful and special. We build bridges between technology and the customer.

The Job: In this role, you will be responsible for the graphic execution of vehicle interfaces for all FCA brands. You will work with internal and external partners to insure the delivery of cutting edge, user friendly, and visually pleasing content.
Responsibilities:
Design execution of all production interfaces within the vehicle cabin
Lead and promote collaboration and development of technical improvements in a matrixed organization
Coordinate between technical teams and supplier partners
Implement global standards and best practices
Lead technical benchmarking activities
Stay up to date with innovations, supplier activities
Help to drive creative design innovations with suppliers
Bring new ideas into the design process; considerations for cost, process, and execution
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Entertainment Design, Communications Design, Graphic Design, UX design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or related UX degree is ideal
5 years of professional work experience as a data developer, graphic artist, ux designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
Proven track record of delivering production ready design solutions. Experience on 2+ production infotainment systems or similar
Advanced critical thinking and complex problem solving
Great communication skills and a history of teamwork and collaboration is a must
Proficiency in a variety of 2D and 3D software tools, AI, PS, Sketch, inVision, etc.
Knowledge of design systems and component design
Portfolio and or online body of work must be submitted
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in multiple UX Design disciplines. (Visual Design, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Interaction Design, Usability, User Research, Product Design)
Strong time management skills and the ability to provide design leadership-level work independently
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Knowledge reviewing user research and data to build a strategic and user-friendly design
Broad understanding of business concepts and operational processes; business acumen is a plus
