FCA US, LLC Senior IT Business Solutions Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan

FCA is looking for a Senior IT Business Solutions Analyst within the ICT organization to work with various functional pillars of Product Development, Reliability, Engine and Transmission within the Quality organization. This position requires an ability to translate business requirements into software development solutions. Candidate should possess a strong technical background and show demonstrated expertise in working in a team environment to lead delivery of IT projects on time and within budget. Basic Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field•Minimum of 10 years’ experience with increasingly responsibility in delivering IT solutions to business including leadership in managing small to medium-size application development projects and all of the following:•Strong knowledge of software development processes in collaboration with the project management life cycle•Hands-on software design and development experience in distributed systems as well as Big Data environment•Minimally 3 years proven experience in developing Web Applications and Services using JAVA, Python, Spring, and other related technologies in Agile environment and all of the following:•Experience with Web stack technologies including BootStrap, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, React, and SpringBoot•Strong Relational Databases (UDB, PostgreSQL), strong SQL coding experience and mainframe experience•Version Control (Git, Serena Dimension), software design and debugging and performance tuning•Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP) including development and support of Java JavaScript WebservicesPreferred Qualifications•Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services•Experience working in agile methodologies, test driven development, test automation paired programming•OO Design Principles, Micro services architecture, Cloud native concepts•Core competencies in risk management, negotiating, business stakeholder engagement and disciplined change management processes•Ability to work well with a global team by understanding various cultures and personalities involved•Ability to multitask and manage multiple small enhancements in a cross-functional setting•Excellent problem solving, analytical, program management and organization skillsOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
