Who We Are Looking For: Molex CMS product team is seeking a Project Manager Automated Tester Development to lead fast paced, global, cross functional teams. You are a smart, quick, positive, and confident collaborator that brings clarity and direction to every project. Key elements of the role include streamlining the testers projects, cross-functional team alignment the and suppliers and eco-system collaboration with the tester development. Capabilities to manage end of the line production testers, tester validation, testers software development, and leading efforts to raise our competence in end of line production testing. lead the tester development process, provide timeline, coordinate development activities with various teams, including product development, manufacturing, marketing, quality, external collaborators, etc. Perform product evaluation and performance analysis. Utilizing standard departmental procedures, develop and modify product test plans to establish performance and reliability of the products being tested. Prepare detailed and complex test reports. You will also collaborate closely with our manufacturing partners in North America, Europe, and Asia, to deliver solutions to our diverse international automotive OEM and Tiers, as well as emerging automotive customers.
