Production Support Consultant The Production Support Consultant is responsible for providing project, business and production support for the Treasury Management customer-facing and internal supporting applications. Project support includes roles such as project lead, subject matter expert, user acceptance testing and implementation oversight. This position will be required to work weekends and evenings as needed. Responsibilities * Act in a lead and or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies * Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design * Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on assigned applications and products * Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing * Create procedures and train support groups on new products and enhancements * Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support * Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications * Perform disaster recovery testing * Effectively works well in a team environment and independently · Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR 4 years of Technical/Operations experience · 3 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination · 3 years of experience testing, validating and implementing system changes · 3 years of Project Management or experience performing a lead role in small to large size projects · 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office/Access Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
