The successful candidate will be skilled in executing a Change Management methodology (ProSci, Kotter, etc.). Our ideal candidate will be skilled in working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems. Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are a must./span/span span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"span style="font-size:10.0pt"PCM Specialist will drive the PCM activities for one or more initiatives and will be accountable for accelerating awareness, adoption and reinforcement of process and tool utilization.
