FCA US, LLC IT Security Architecture Lead in Auburn Hills, Michigan
The IT Security Architecture Lead is responsible for researching, designing and implementing secure business focused solutions that meets or exceeds corporate policies and government mandates. This includes developing roadmap and migration strategies for existing architecture. The IT Security Architecture Lead is also responsible for supervisory duties over a team of Security ArchitectsSpecific tasks include, but are not limited to the following:•Research, design and advocate new technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners and vendor•Work closely with enterprise architects, other functional area architects and specialists to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IT systems and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements•Provide clear and actionable feedback to technical and non-technical staff regarding security initiatives in relation to the manufacturing/ plant environment•Support risk management process including facilitation of internal/ external security assessments•Execute performance reviews on team in accordance with company timelines and standardsBasic Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree•Minimum 5 years of information security experience•Minimum 2 years supervisory experience•Work experience designing and implementing security-centric solutions in a multitude of platforms(e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Fanuc)•Working knowledge of industry standard network design including LAN, WLAN, 802.xx and practical implementation using proxy, firewalls, network monitors, and security tools•Monitor, review, report, and enforce security policies and procedures•Experience managing delivery for multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions•Excellent communication/interpersonal skills required, ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal formPreferred Qualifications•Master’s Degree in Information Security Technology or Business Administration•CISSP or related security certification (OSCP, CEH, OSWP, OSCE, OSEE, OSWE, etc.)•Must be capable of conceptualizing, defining, and implementing security systems and architecture•10+ years relevant information technology experience, including•5 years in a significant security architecture role(s) with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multiplatform environments required•Knowledge and experience with Industry 4.0 methodology and implementation•Experience designing and implementing dynamic disaster recovery and business continuity standardsOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
