Job Description

Continental Fuel and Exhaust Management (FEM) is seeking an engineering student to support Customer Quality team for GM & FCA customers.

Job Description: Technical report writing, Support Warranty part return analysis ­ tear down and test, Customer issue tracking, Continental Quality system data entry and database management, Problem solving of warranty issues, Coordinate external part testing, Support Customer meetings, Technical part reviews, Generate and interpret warranty metrics, Analyze warranty data for trends

This person will be exposed to OEM procedures, Continental procedures, Warranty databases, warranty data analytics, Customer­Supplier internet portals, Excel usage, fuels Class1Div1 laboratory, electronics, hydraulics, and project team meetings.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program

  • Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8

  • Must be available to intern longer than summer only

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering
