Internal Ref: 5000326511806Job DescriptionAssistant Vice President, Identity and Access Management EngineerThe Identity and Access Management Engineer is responsible for communicating with all levels of IS. This position contributes to planned hardware, software, access, application implementations and resolution of production issues across all platforms. This position provides analytical and technical leadership and recommend and implement improvements to advance efficiencies and processes.Position CompetenciesSuccessful candidates will possess Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Drive for Results, Functional/Technical Skills, Peer Relationships Technical Learning, and Time Management.Position Responsibilities:1. Ensures the technical well-being of supported products through performance monitoring, problem determination and resolution.2. Maintains a working knowledge of interfacing multi-platform technologies to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of the SME's designated software.3. Analyze and recommend improvements to maximize automation availability, performance and resource utilization of systems software.4. Continually seek new and innovative ways to enhance operational functions and processes within the group/area to which you support.5. Participate in the development/review of system requirements, administrative workflows, and/or operational design workflows.6. Provides technical knowledge transfer to members of internal staff through coaching, mentoring and training individuals.7. Partners with vendors for the purpose of enhancing system product functionality.8. Directs the release management process for their designated software.9. Leads technical team through the analysis, planning, development, integration, and testing.10. Ensures development and execution of test plans for system enhancements, upgrades and patches.11. Provides technical consultant input to the strategic plans within assigned area.12. Assumes the appropriate leadership to ensure successful design and implementation of all projects in which participation is a responsibility.13. Ensures that assigned tasks are completed within estimated project hours and with demonstrated commitment as agreed upon by Project Managers/Leads and documented in the project plans.14. Anticipates regulatory exposure and develops and executes plans to mitigate risks.15. Participation in all internal and external audits. Meet or exceed expectations for deliverables.16. Responsible for presenting additions, changes and exceptions to IS standards and procedures related to the support of specified software.17.
