Qualifications
The HR Business Processes and Systems Analyst is responsible for providing strategy, process, and technical expertise to our Human Resources organization. This position will serve as an internal advisor to the Communications, Talent Management, and Retirement and Savings organizations, helping them to streamline operations, develop and implement new solutions, and make enhancements to existing programs.
This position is primarily responsible for managing company portals — the HUB (FCA’s Employee portal) and the Retiree sites for US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as the LMS. The successful candidate will need to be able to think strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of FCA’s processes, technology, and business needs. They must be able to understand the desired outcomes of their business customer and translate them into process and technical solutions that achieve those goals. Strong analytical and project management skills are critical, as responsibilities include coordination between business customers and ICT, as well as global colleagues.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience with Human Resources Information Technology Management (HRIS, HRIT or HRTMS) or Human Resources Operations/HR Business Partner in progressively increasing responsibility/roles
Highly proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Education focus in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Person with strong desire to learn and a curiosity of what “could be” with existing programs and processes
Up to speed on advances in the technology landscape
Proven ability to generate and implement innovative solutions which drive customer focused solutions
Strategic thinking – ability to think enterprise wide and be a thought leader
Customer focus – ability to collaborate with shared services organization, centers of expertise and other HR colleagues and have a demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations
Change advocacy/consulting skills and effective in implementing change within role, seeks to learn and implement best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in Project Management
Ability to conduct and document Process Review and Optimization workshops/initiatives
Broad HR technical expertise and systems knowledge – working knowledge of HR functional areas through prior experience as an HR business partner
Ability to analyze data and rationalize to decisions that add value to the business
Align performance for success by focusing the team on accomplishing work objectives
Build trusting relationships by using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers as well as team members
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
