Responsibilities and Requirements of the role:

Main Accountabilities 1:● Works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues● Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise develop concepts and techniques● Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices● Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business● Provides innovative solutions to complex issues in specialized area● Serves as best practice/quality resource within own discipline or as technical expert on functional or cross-functional teams or projects● Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures,● May lead functional teams or projects● Trains/mentors junior staff● Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirement
