divInfrastructure Operations Analyst IV/divdivThe Infrastructure Operations Analyst will work under very limited supervision and is responsible for high complexity technology operations tasks. Direct and assist technical teams to accomplish highly technical tasks in complex situations. Partner with other more senior colleagues and specialists to collaborate on innovative application of technical proficiency. Resolve incidents, requests and/or change orders associated with operations. Develop/refresh operational documentation. Provides budgetary support to management regarding resources, hardware/software costs and training./divPosition Responsibilities:brSystem OperationsulliCreate estimates (as it pertains to operational concerns) for System Design, Development, Testing and / or Implementation./liliPerform Level 0 and Level 1 support to associates and document steps taken in incidents and service requests./liliWork collaboratively with team members to support and maintain infrastructure or its associated components./liliIdentify potential operational issues in projects, request fulfillment and individual assignments./liliProvide system failure analysis and recovery recommendations./liliParticipate in Business continuity planning and testing./liliInteract directly with customers to negotiate solutions and implementation specifics./li/ulTechnical ConsultingulliPerform technical analysis and make recommendation on large and complex initiatives involving a large team or group./liliServe as a point of escalation for technical and general troubleshooting for moderate to complex incidents./liliParticipate in and provides consulting and planning guidance on short term and long-term planning to meet ongoing business and operational needs./li/ulSupportulliSecond line support for incident management problems and issues related to select applications./liliIdentify and resolve root cause behind reported problems and issues./liliProvide support in a 24x7 data center and/or 24x7 on-call support./li/ulbrdivdivPosition Qualifications/divulliBachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of Technology experience/lili4 years in identifying technical solutions for business problems, identifying the benefits and risks of the solutions and providing recommendations/lili4 years of experience leading technology projects with medium to large scale complexity/lili5 years of experience supporting SQL for DB2, QMF and SPUFI and performing data queries from CMOD DB2 tables, provide statistical information and generate reports/lili5 years of experience on UNIX systems: knowledge in scripting, commands and file structure./lili5 years of experience with Job Control Language (JCL), COBOL, VSAM/lili5 years of experience with Windows Servers -- experience in PDF Index Server processing/liliThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.
