FCA US, LLC Advanced Planning Senior Workforce Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan
The Advanced Planning Senior Workforce Analyst is responsible for development of workforce impact in manufacturing studies for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ next generation of new model programs. The Analyst will review new studies to determine the workforce impact of multiple scenarios in Assembly and Stamping. The Analyst will also coordinate with the Assembly and Stamping plants to review capacity and mix changes. The person in this position will be expected to effectively communicate with as well as routinely present to senior management.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical degree•3+ years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of manufacturinglant operations•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (Body in White, Paint, General Assembly, Logistics, Stamping and/or Quality)•Strong written and verbal communications skills•Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel•Self-motivated and able to successfully achieve results under time pressure•Ability to work with all levels of management while establishing and maintaining lines of communicationPreferred Qualifications:•Vehicle assembly and vehicle launch experience•Understanding of Stamping operations and press loading•Experience with cost estimation for labor forceOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
