Quote follow up and tracking – especially level 2 and above Bid/ no bid coordination Delivery questions Technical support with Engineering teams Billing and invoice clarification Customer service/ quality issue liaison – CCRP tracking Key account tracking – multiple location coordination (Parker Hannifin) – Power BI analysis
Business development Intelligence
a. Contact qualification and prioritization b. Market intelligence – Key Accounts per region, new facility builds etc. c. Marketing data report follow up and qualification – (Alex Miller monthly report) d. Coordination with other client divisions – business base e. Case study library and sharing f. Installed base review and analysis g. Global account coordination - terms, frame agreements
- Administrative Function
a. Data point clean up and management b. Frame agreement tracking and updating c. Assistance with risk review preparation d. RIA website clean-up and monitoring e. Contract administration – legal reviews f. Data coordination for monthly BL reviews g. KPI/metric consolidation
