Come join our team./spanspan class="blockpanel"span /span/spanspan title="" class="text" id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1413.row1"More information about NSF International can be found at nsf.org./spanspan class="blockpanel"span /span/span/divdivspan class="inline" /spanspan class="inline" /span/divdivfont class="bold"divspan class="subtitle"Description/span/div/fontspan class="blockpanel"span /span/spanspan title="" class="text" id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1483.row1"Key Job ResponsibilitiesulliWork with the Global Consulting and Technical Services Leadership Group, develop and implement servicesbrconsistent with corporate strategy to ensure continued and increased growth of NSF operations within North America./liliSpecific areas of responsibility include: Supply chain projects and consulting, supply chain assurance services, product and process, development services, FSMA Consulting Technical Services development, strategic alliances and partnerships, select, train, develop, and motivate competent teams and manage the operation of the North American region./liliMentors and guide project managers and administrative support staff in previous levels; assist in hiring and onboarding new project managers/liliDevelop individuals in line with the division's succession and talent management plans/liliManages client-facing projects, monitoring and managing project performance using appropriate tools and techniques./liliWork with Country Managers to provide leadership for the implementation and delivery of consulting and technical services across the NSF regions, contributing to global revenue growth/liliProvide annual operating plans and budgets for designated programs and develop reporting in line with businessbrrequirements taking responsibility for program PL/liliWork with Business Development to develop clear strategies and support for global, regional and country-by-countrybrprogram growth/liliWork with other NSF Food Division Programs to develop NSF integrated services with key food clients/liliDevelop, review and monitor delivery of contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and Key Performance Indicatorsb
