Do you have an analytical view of problem solving? We're looking for you to help provide support for a cloud (SaaS) based banking platform servicing the business market. Currently serving hundreds of financial institutions and their users. Dive into the fascinating world of digital finance and discover the many ways money moves from bank to bank over the internet.•Primarily a Windows Server based environment comprised of over 90 servers.•Will assist in technical troubleshooting of application/infrastructure health. You'll find yourself learning the application functionality, and using various tools to assist in ensuring our applications are functioning the way our users expect.•You will quickly gain experience across multiple Information Technology areas including networking, creating and running SQL queries against oracle databases, windows batch scripting, PowerShell, regular expressions (regex), SSL certificates, data mining, logfile management, XML, load balancers, automated software deployment, remote server management and many more.•Will work closely with other teams like client support, development, business analysts, networking, backup, information security, and more.•Will learn to coordinate all the intricacies and technology used in moving an internet facing application from processing in one data center to another.A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
