More information about NSF International can be found at nsf.org.DescriptionProvide general support on market research projects for the market research team.Principal Accountabilities:•Monitor ongoing customer satisfaction surveys on daily basis and distribute contact requests to operational and sales teams.•Assist market research team with managing, organizing and reporting customer satisfaction metrics and findings from multiple ongoing surveys.•Contribute to reports by creating charts, graphs, summaries and data visualizations from surveys and secondary data.•Find, compile, organize and summarize secondary research reports and keep market research library and files organized.•Assist in designing and fielding market research questionnaires and outlines using survey software.•Pull key account information for sales and market research team from a variety of sources as well as business information databases such as Hoovers.•Assist with scheduling and conducting customer in-depth interviews.•Perform a variety of ad-hoc market research and general marketing duties as required.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:•Currently pursuing degree in marketing or related business administration discipline.•Strong organizational, analytical and research skills.•Strong skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.•Strong business writing and proofreading skills for developing presentations and reports.•Familiarity with survey software platforms, such as Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Qualtrics.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience or interest in B2B market research and strategy.•Familiarity with a variety of market research methodologies and project types.•Experience with data analysis or data visualization programs such as SPSS or Tableau.•Experience with business information and secondary report databases.•Current or past coursework in market research, or strategic marketing.•Primary quantitative and qualitative research experience.Travel: NoRemote: NoJob: Marketing and CommunicationPrimary Location: US-MI-Ann ArborSchedule: Full-timeNSF International is an equal opportunity employer.
