The Data Integration Analyst will have responsibilities spanning a broad range of client-facing functions outside the scope of traditional technical support, including implementation, project management, and product training. A Data Integration Analyst provides front-line technical support to resellers and end-users on a variety of issues and IDI products. This includes both configuring product and responding to telephone calls, email, and internal requests for technical support. The Data Integration Analyst role is critical in providing a high-quality product and exceptional client service. RESPONSIBILITIES. Configuration Key Tasks ulliConfigure and reconfigure proprietary IDI software solutions using standard tools./liliReview, analyze, and evaluate client-provided requirements and IDI-authored Technical Design Documents to provide the best interface solution for the end-user./li/ul Specification Review Key TasksulliReview both formal and informal specifications submitted by end users and resellers; determine if necessary information was provided for configuration./li/ulProduct Training and Implementation Key TasksulliImplement IDI software (both web-based and locally installed versions)/liliSetup and configure integration components to connect different parts of the overall solution/liliTrain new clients to use and maintain the IDI software/li/ulTechnical Support Key Tasks ulliProvide answers to technical questions on IDI products/liliUse analytical skills to quickly/accurately document and/or diagnose and resolve client issues/li/ul COMPENSATION/BENEFITS. $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on your knowledge and experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, prescription drug and flexible spending account; 401K retirement plan; paid holidays, paid vacation and paid sick time.
