Supports the institution-wide Performance Management. Responsible for launching performance related tasks in the online system (goal setting, feedback forms, new employee forms, performance reviews), system task auditing and maintenance, answering management questions, performing system updates. Responsible for ongoing customer service and consulting efforts tied to Performance Management. Responsible for all aspects of annual mandatory training, including system configuration, coordinating with subject matter experts to develop materials and ensure ready for annual process and providing oversight, reporting and communication of status of training. Serves as a key role in the system design and execution of learning and development projectsrograms. Facilitates PM workshops and the NEO program. 1. Supports Performance Management operations, including coordination of team activities during peak season, communication, co-facilitation, and other operational needs.2. Updates and launches performance related system tasks throughout the year according to agreed upon timelines. This includes, but is not limited to tasks for new employees, annual goal setting, introductory reviews, feedback forms, and performance reviews3. Responsible for all aspects of annual mandatory training, including system configuration, coordinating with subject matter experts to develop materials and ensure ready for annual process and providing oversight, reporting and communication of status of training. 4. Serves as primary support for performance management and annual mandatory training system related inquiries.5. Responsible for basic to intermediate maintenance and daily operation of learning and development systems. Including but not limited to system audits, documentation, data/content entry, vendor management and reporting.6. Provides learning and development systems basic to intermediate technical support to end-users, learning administrators and people managers. Elevates requests or issues to internal resources and systems vendor as needed. Oversees technical resolution with internal resources and systems vendor.7. Facilitates instructor-led courses including New Employee Orientation, and other learning and development related projects and initiatives.8. Responsible for basic to intermediate systems design and architecture of learning and development systems. Included but not limited to configuration of system core, new features and special projects.9. Serves as a key role in the implementation of quality assurance initiatives for learning and development systems. Creates test scenarios and test cases. Procures test data, executes tests, and documents results. Reports results to internal resources as needed.10. Creates, maintains, and monitors reports for communicating completed and outstanding items to appropriate stakeholders. Performs basic to intermediate level data analysis.11. Designs, develops, and manages basic to intermediate learning programs, tools, models, materials, communications and other interventions to support learning and development activities.12. Supports contract fulfillment and service levels of outsourced learning functions. Including, but not limited to, monitoring outsource budget vs. actual for variances; quality of service delivered by vendor; annual (or more often as needed) review of market to ensure most competitive pricing. * Bachelor s degree required * Masters degree preferred in Human Resources or Systems * 3-5 years business experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
