ResponsibilitiesJob Overview:Perficient Digital is seeking a specialist to join our growing conversion optimization team and help with research and analysis for the implementation of A/B testing and personalization for large enterprise clients. Begin a new position with a team of problem solvers, creative thinkers and go getters to help large ecommerce, financial, health care and lead generation companies improve their website metrics.About You:You are data-driven and a problem solver. Your goal is to understand how customers are using websites and uncover opportunities for website goal improvement. In this role you will analyse websites using qualitative and quantitative tools to identify potential conversion optimization tests. You will create presentations that will communicate your ideas on insight you uncovered, provide recommendations for ux enhancement and develop wireframes and examples of potential A/B test mockups. You will also assist with developing a strategic roadmap to execute conversion optimization and personalization experiences. You will then work with a developer to set up these experiments in tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Monetate and Adobe Target. Once a test is completed, you will assist with analyzing the metrics and deliver a results report. QualificationsRequirements:•This is an entry level position in Conversion Optimization. You should have a basic understanding of qualitative research and a general idea of analytics and A/B testing•Have proven leadership skills along with experience in managing direct reports and training development team•Excellent written and oral communication skillsBONUS:•Experience using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.•Experience using qualitative tools like Hotjar, Decibel Insight or ClickTale•Experience with user research or user testingPerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
