More information about NSF International can be found at nsf.org.DescriptionResponsible for business analysis, project planning and implementation of business software applications for internal Global Labs business users.Key Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:•Lead customer process analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development needs identification necessary to meet internal clients and external NSF customers•Identify, analyze and create functional specifications including but not limited to Use Cases, User Interface Design and Screen Flows. Coordinate technical design and development efforts with the development and continuous improvement team.•Lead the automated integrated testing resources to provide regression testing automation for all IT applications, including scenario identification prioritization, test script development and implementation.•Lead and conduct user training, data conversion and other go live activities to ensure a smooth launch.•Perform periodic reviews with the businesses to identify changing needs and system adjustments. Lead efforts necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and system functionality•Develop and maintain positive and cooperative relationships, across multiple levels of the organization and with both business stakeholders and technical partners.•Communicate clearly, correctly, knowledgeably and effectively both verbally and in writing. Uses appropriate methods of communication to achieve desired results.•Perform other duties as required.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:•A minimum of two (2) years experience leading medium/large scale software implementation projects or project management•Experience with web applications and relational database design•Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers in a manner that consistently meets the organization's expectations for exemplary customer service•Experience working in a fast-paced environment•Demonstrated success working independently and in a team settingPreferred Qualifications:•A minimum of eight (8) years experience in Information Technology•A minimum of four (4) years experience as business analyst•PMP Certification•Experience with Oracle database•Experience working with Test Automation Tools•Experience with report development using tools such as BI Publisher•Demonstrated success as a technical liaison within a scientific settingKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)•Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to work non-core business hours to provide user support across multiple time-zones•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
