More information about NSF International can be found at nsf.org.DescriptionAccountable for coordination between Global Laboratory users, Project Leaders, and Informatics with respect to the use of our systems, including: small continuous improvement projects, project data migrations, system interfaces, user training, and application support.Key Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:•Responsible for monitoring and resolving a dashboard of Global Lab application support tickets that identify system issues and responding to operational questions relating to daily functions, enhancements, and/or projects.•Liaison with the respective IT developers for testing new application functions and work with Global Lab project leads to communicate the changes to the appropriate group of users.•Ensure IT understands and delivers expected results, to the business satisfaction, within the service level agreement parameters.•Accountable for testing functionality for Continuous Improvements (CI), bug-fixes, and defects prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide follow-up for users.•Utilize IT methodology standards in a consistent, accountable and repeatable manner in accordance with best practices established by the organization.•Develop and maintain positive and cooperative relationships, across multiple levels of the organization and with both business stakeholders and technical partners.•Assist Global Labs Business Analyst in the process analysis, use cases, requirements gathering, and gap analysis necessary to meet internal business users' needs.•Co-conduct user training, data conversion and other go live activities to ensure smooth launches of new projects.•Communicate clearly, correctly, knowledgeably, and effectively both verbally and in writing. Uses appropriate methods of communication to achieve desired results.•Work and coordinate with satellite labs to execute the requirements of this position.•Perform other duties as requested.QualificationsRequired Experience:•High level of technical aptitude.•Demonstrated success as a technical liaison within a scientific setting.•Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.•Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers in a manner that consistently meets the organization's expectations for exemplary customer service.•Experience working in a fast-paced environment•Demonstrated success working independently and in a team setting.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)•Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to work non-core business hours to provide user support across multiple time-zones.Education and Certification Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.Travel Requirements:
