This role will report to the Associate Director and will be located in either Chicago, IL or Allegan MI. /span/spanemJob Purpose/em: Associate Manager, eCommerce Analytics and Intelligence will play an integral role in defining and delivering business impact eCommerce organization has on its clients. A successful candidate will have ample experience with mining, aggregating, analyzing, and reporting historical data to help create and monitor goal-oriented strategies for growing eCommerce footprint at Perrigo. This position will provide significant value to our teams and stakeholders, requiring not only quantitative data analysis skills, knowledge of Digital Marketing, Site Analytics and eCommerce, but also a true passion for extracting value from data. Specific projects will include, but not limited to:ulliResponsible for connecting data for comprehensive eCommerce Business Intelligence and Analytics output. This position will be a subject matter expert overseeing account specific Business Intelligence strategy development, implementation, and maintenance. Develops relevant and actionable KPIs, creates dashboards, tools and processes to monitor eCommerce business by exception setting up flags that initiate immediate actioning to relevant teams. Leads data science analytic methodologies that will connect all key data points relevant to measuring eCommerce success and provide actionable insights to relevant teams./liliDevelops new Analytics capabilities to support growth strategies for key accounts and initiatives. Delivers data-driven and cross-channel digital marketing and content optimization measurement frameworks. Define success metrics and KPIs that influence business performance./liliActs as liaison between eCommerce team and Sales, Marketing, and Insights organizations to bring awareness of best practices in defining and measuring performance of marketing campaigns, website improvements, product mix and pricing decisions. Responsible for regular reporting and deep dives/QBR presentations to support findings from new projects./liliWorks closely with Content Optimization Analyst to validate findings in Vendor Central and ensure corresponding actions are being addressed related to content. Makes recommendations based on Vendor Central insights to help Sales Teams increase our sales./liliPartners with Technology organization to create a centralized, reporting data warehouse housing most up to date and consistent data sets for reporting./liliManages partnerships with external Business Intelligence vendors and agencies to determine which services and technology tools will provide the best view of success for key online KPIs and determine implementation plan.
